Now, administrators can display the 'Ab' abbreviation for absent students in red color. This improves report card readability and ensures consistent performance representation.
This page allows administrators to enable parent feedback on the subjects for which the exam has been conducted. Submitted feedback will be visible on students' report cards, enhancing collaboration and insight into student performance.
You can now assign a staff member as exam coordinator for the specific classes. You can use the same to appear on the report cards with their Name, and Signature.

Now, admins can create, name, and save groups using staff members. This feature complements the existing ClassWise and StudentWise toggles, making it easier to assign tasks, send circulars, and manage groups efficiently.
Employees can go to Other Details section of the Employee Details page to fill their Training Details, allowing staff to record their training data. Additionally, a new Training Details Report has been added to the Staff Information module, providing insight into the total training durations in different modes using auto-calculations functionality.
We’ve added two new message boxes:
Matter for Letter to Bank (OLD): View the last message sent to the bank.

We’ve added a new ‘Top Book Reader’ report in the Library Management Module. By default, the report will display the lists of all students from current academic session sorted by the ‘Issue Count’ (Highest to Lowest). You can filter out the report on your desired date range, class, and collection type. Even the same report can be generated for the Employees as well.
This non-mandatory field allows users to enter comments or notes for transactions. Remark entered will be displayed on the petty receipt generated upon saving the payment details.
This report includes key financial details such as receipt date, receipt number, account, debit, credit, and narrations. You can apply available filters, and captions to export the report in your desired format.
Get a detailed summary of concessions granted. The report helps in analyzing concession type, percentage, due amount, paid amount, and balance within selected Fee Group.

Two new pay modes UTR and IMPS have been added in the dropdown of 'Default Paymode' to make them visible in associated pages of fee & billing module.
Two new pay modes: Cash-CBI and Cash-Fb are added in the dropdown of Paymode (Alt +M) for better flexibility and accurate payment tracking.
We’ve integrated PayU and Omniware into the Online Payment Interface of the School ERP system. Schools can now enable these gateways from the Online Payment Setting page by selecting them from the Gateway Name dropdown.
Report titled- 'School Fee Reconciliation' has been added. This report helps schools maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all fee collections and outstanding payments.
Applicants entering as 'Staff Ward' must enter Employee Code of the staff, which will automatically display the staff details and validate the relationship. Admins can easily add this section from the Registration Field Selection page.
Managing teacher absences is now easier! 'Substitute All' button on 'Time Table Substitute' page will allot the absent teacher's period to the available teachers based on subject compatibility and the free-period criteria.
This report includes a Remark column with the other necessary columns- Total Working Days, Attendance Percentage etc. You can print the report and use the Remark column to manually add personalized notes or comments for individual students or classes.
We’ve added 'Stop' and 'Route' dropdowns to the 'Student Details' header of Registration Form. These fields automatically display data from the Transportation Module, making it easier for applicants to select their transportation preferences.
Admins can enable these fields from the Registration Field Selection page.
A new page titled- Transfer to Next Year is added in the Master Setting menus of Registration Module. Admin can now transfer data to the next session in few clicks, saving time and reducing manual effort.
Schools can now choose to display marks based on the current optional subject only or include marks from both previous and current optional subjects. For this, A new checkbox, labeled ‘Marks Based on Current Optional Subject’, has been added on 'Exam Report Card Upload' menu.
Teachers can now upload scanned images of student activities, such as drawings, paintings, and other co-scholastic achievements, directly into the report card. Create a comprehensive and visually engaging portfolio for each student.

If the parents partially fill out the form and try to register again with the same details, a message will guide them to complete their application using the existing login credentials, and also guide to reset the password.
We have added the Roll Number field to the Student Collection Summary report. Administrators now have the option to include or exclude the roll number column as per their preference through the Fee Report Setting page.
Searching for reports is now quicker and easier! We’ve introduced a new keyword-based search in the Select Report Filter across the Registration, Transport Information, Fee & Billing, and SMS modules. Simply enter a keyword in the search textbox, and the dropdown will instantly display all corresponding reports.
Within the tabulated lists of ‘Registered Students’’, an Edit Icon in the last column allows you to modify their initial information that was filled in to generate the registration number.
All sections of ‘Registration Details’ form are made editable at any time, providing flexibility and accuracy.
Schools can configure points on ‘First Child’ and ‘Transport’. These criteria allow schools to allocate points for applicants based on their status as the first child to be admitted and their choice of transport (self or school). They are well integrated with the Online and Offline Registration Forms.
Certificates, including the Transfer Certificate (TC), and others now feature the Class and Section into which the student was admitted during enrollment. The sample template for certificate data entry has also been updated to take this information.
GR No. (General Register Number) is unique to every student. Navigate to 'Student Master' >>> Search Student >>> Student Details Form >>> Academic Details Section. Schools can enter or update GR No. for multiple students through 'Student Data Updation' or for an individual student through 'Student Field Updation'.
You can now send the syllabus of registered class via email to applicants who have completed the registration process and paid the admission fees. Registration Module → Master Setting → Registration Setting → Groupwise Setting Tab. Upload the syllabus in PDF format.
This new report is now available on the School Online Reports page. Teachers can view students' assignment submission statuses, including details such as submission date, status, and upload source (Web/App). The report can be exported in Excel or PDF format for easy tracking and analysis.
Now, it is required to input the ‘Employee’s Rejoining Date’ and ‘Remark’. This feature calculates the gap between the staff’s last active and rejoining date, thus generating accurate ‘payroll’ by excluding the salary for the non-active period.

Establish a fair acknowledgment of merit by letting us know how you want to set the positions for students sharing the same rank.
Ranks are based purely on marks, while positions can be assigned differently based on school-defined criteria.
For example, students scoring 48, 48, 47, and 45 can now be positioned as either 1, 1, 3, 4 or 1, 2, 3, 4.

This form is to help parents to update any type of information regards student.
The parents can make request regards TC,To Change Bus Route and To Update The Student Details.
This form is to verify or update the student details as per parent request by giving remark about update the student info, whether the Staff/School can Disapproved the request or Approved the request and by default the approval Status will be pending for the new or upcoming request.
Staff can see the request updated field with highlighted focus and a check box on top of that it's upto user to save that field by mark that checkbox or leave that checkbox unchecked.
This form is used to give the rights to the staff to accept or reject the parent request. Either we can give them right for a single request type or for all request type.
The Request type is TC, Bus Route Change, Update Student Details.
The creation of this page helps to school to see the request raised by the parents and what's the status regards that request.
The report can be seen using various filters like Date Range, Class Wise and For particular Student.
While creating the new Admission if new student sibling is also studied in this school then when we enter the sibling Admission into sibling Adm No field and On select the sibling the rest basic data will bind own like Parent's details,Address details etc.
Added new form for ESI where user can set percentage and value by selecting heads dynamically then ESI will be calculated according to chosen heads.
Added new form for assiging priority of heads for report where user can choose formula for calculation of existing heads also user can create new head with formula.
All releases for the application will be visible to the user.
Relase will contain all new features added in the application with description.
Feedback for each release can be submitted by user.
