  • School application does not have any refunding policy online.
  • If there is any discrepancy regarding the student’s fee amount deposited through online payment gateway then it has to be resolved in person only. Please contact the school reception for such cases.
  • Credit will be made to your account only if the transaction is successful as confirmed by the Payment Gateway.
  • Online payment made is not from the School application server and that you are going to a non-School application site. School application is not responsible for, shall have no liability for and disclaims all warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, related to the site, including without limitation any warranties related to performance, security, stability, or non-infringement of title of the site (including site content) or any controls downloaded from the site. School application expressly disclaim any liability for any deficiency in the services offered by Payment Gatway. whose site you are about to access. Neither School application, nor any of its affiliates nor their directors, officers and employees will be liable to or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss that you incur in the event of any deficiency in the services of Payment Gatway. to whom the site belongs, failure or disruption of the site of Payment Gatway, or resulting from the act or omission of any other party involved in making this site or the data contained therein available to you, or from any other cause relating to your access to, inability to access, or use of the site or these materials.
  • Transaction fees levied on transactions will not be refunded/reversed.

Important Guidelines for Online Payment

  • Initiate Payment : Once “Pay Now” - Option is selected you will be directed to the payment gateway page for payment through NET BANKING or DEBIT / CREDIT CARD. You can choose the desired payment option and proceed.
  • Successful Payment : Once the payment is successful, you will get a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SLIP and the student has to keep the same for reference.
  • Unsuccessful Payment : In case the payment is not successful due to any reason you will get a display on the status of failure in payment.
  • Amount debited but fee not posted: In case you have given required details of DEBIT / CREDIT card details or NET BANKING authorization for payment, and have not got any response, please check with your bankers, or credit card company and see if your account is debited. If your bank account/CC is debited, please don’t make any attempt to pay again.
  • However, if your account is not debited in the bank, you have to make the payment and get PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL confirmation.
  • In any case, make a note of Reference/Transaction Details in case of Net banking or card payment.

Steps For Payments

  • Select the payment type which you want to pay like Bus or School or ' + PType[i].DDLID + '
  • Select the Installment which you want to pay
  • Then You can see net pay amount after selecting the installment
  • Total Payable Amount is given below which you have to pay
  • Then click on proceed to pay for payment
  • Then you have to select the payment gateway e.g Atom or Razorpay or BillDesk
  • After this check the amount and read the instruction and term and condition carefully then click on pay
